Learning is the one path we are ALL on -whether we like it or not.

Habits

Setting up “brain grooves” (habits)

Note that habits always become more ingrained with use, and go away with disuse.

Set up good habits.

Note bad habits. Think up good habits to replace them. Work on doing the good habit each time you find yourself doing the bad habit.

Don't be a poor teacher. That is, don't call yourself 'bad' when you discover you're doing a bad habit. Gee, you just noticed the bad habit, which is far better than not noticing it!  Applaud yourself instead and work on putting in the good habit.

There is no defense against persistent good feeling toward, and acceptance of others.

There is a set number of mistakes, and we all make them sooner or later.
